Rainbow

It rained for five straight days.  This is probably a record for Arizona and I can't say I'm enjoying it.  However, this was the view from my front yard yesterday when the sun finally peeked out.

Feeling Sentimental

Here's some Raspberry Ripple, Crumb Cake, and Basic Black together to make this card.  I used the SAB set "Feeling Sentimental" along with some First Edition Specialty DSP for the background.  I popped up "Celebrate" with Dimensionals and added a 3/8" Raspberry Ripple Stitched Ribbon.

Oh, Hello

This new stamp set called "Oh, Hello" has four different images and three sets of words.  I stamped it in Pool Party and Early Espresso and cut the ovals out with the Ovals Collection Framelits Dies.  I added a wooden button and some ribbon from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack (SAB).

Amore

I saw something similar to this and had to give these colors a try:  Basic Gray, Pretty in Pink, and Pool Party.  I stamped them with the set "Hearts a Flutter" and cut them out with the coordinating Hearts a Flutter Framelits.  I made the background using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (shocker, I know).  The words are from "Sweet Cake", cut out using the Bitty Banners Framelits, and popped up with Dimensionals.

All New Stuff!

I stamped this card using "Bloomin' Marvelous" (both the flower & words) from Sale-a-Bration which starts on Tuesday.  The top background was made using Summer Starfruit with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and the bottom was made with Sycamore Street DSP (SAB).  I used the coordinating Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack (also SAB) in Island Indigo to match.  Last, I added a Designer Printed Brad.

Love the Chevrons

One can never have too many chevrons.  I used the new "Hearts a Flutter" stamp set with Real Red ink.  I punched them out with the 1 1/4" Square Punch and then mounted them on Real Red squares made with the 1 3/8" Square Punch.  Then, I made the Whisper White background with the Chevron Embossing Folder and mounted that on Basic Black.  I added a 1/2" Basic Black Scallop Dots Ribbon and popped up a little "love" made with a stamp from the "Ciao, Baby" set and the Petite Curly Label Punch.

Is It Too Early?

This card was made with the single stamp "Happy Valentine Heart".   This is a current special offer from Stampin' Up! (until January 21) that includes 1" x 8" cello bags for treats as well.   I stamped it in Regal Rose and then punched it out with the Full Heart stamp.   I mounted this on an Early Espresso background using the Hearts a Flutter Framelits Die and popped it up with Dimensionals.  The Very Vanilla background was made with the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  I also used paper from the Designer Series Paper Stacks to make the honeycombs, cut them out, and adhered them to some random spots.   The card base was made with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.

Hearts a Flutter

This new set called "Hearts a Flutter" has eight different images and coordinating Framelits Dies for the shapes.  I used Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit, and Crumb Cake.  I used "Ciao, Baby" to make the "Happy Day" and punched that (and the pieces the buttons are on) out with the Petite Curly Label Punch.  The bottom background paper is from the  new Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack.  I punched out the top pieces using In Color Designer Series Paper Stack.  Last, I added a Midnight Muse 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Patterned Occasions

This cute little elephant stamped in Pool Party is from "Patterned Occasions".  It's from one of the SAB sets that you can earn for free beginning January 22.  I punched the elephant and the background out with the coordinating Window Frames Collection Framelits and made the little holes using the Festive Paper-Piercing Pack.  I popped this up with Dimensionals on the new DSP paper "More Amore".  Last I added a Pool Party ribbon and button from the SAB Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack.

Honeycomb

I just love this new Embossing Folder called "Honeycomb".  I used it on Whisper White card stock to make the background and then again on a new collection of DSP called "Parker's Patterns".  It embossed and outlined exactly where I needed to cut on the DSP to make the little hexagons.   I stamped the "hello" in Marina Mist with "Pretty Petites" (coming soon from SAB).  I punched that out with the new Petite Curly Label punch and popped it up with a Dimensional  I used the Large Oval Punch for the white oval background and the Decorative Label Punch for Daffodil Delight layer--also popped up with Dimensionals.  Last, I added some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

Let's Celebrate

I made this bright card using "Make a Wish" from the new mini.  Love these colors together:  Raspberry Ripple, Primrose Petals, and Summer Starfish.  The background paper is from the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Stack (4 1/2" x 6 1/2" sheets).  For more polka dots I used the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder on the Raspberry Ripple card.  I cut the cake out using the Apothecary Accents Framelits on my Big Shot.   I added a Summer Starfish In Color Dahlia and a Raspberry Ripple 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Another Sneak Peek

It's a little early for spring showers,  but I just had to share this card.  The umbrella (there are three of them to choose from) and words are from the new set "Rain or Shine".  I used Pacific Point, Gumball Green, Melon Mambo, and Daffodil Delight.  The DSP is from the Sunshine & Sprinkles Collection and I used Melon Mambo 3/8"Striped Organdy Ribbon.  If you look carefully you can see the textured clouds made with the new  Cloudy Day Textured Embossing Folder.

Happy New Year

This single stamp says it all!  I used the Labels Collection Framelits Dies and the new Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP for the background.  I addded a Pacific Point 1/4" Stitched Ribbon.  Have a Happy New Year!
