More SAB

More items have been added to this year's Sale-a-Bration promotion including this stamp set called "For Being You".  I stamped the "THANKS" on designer vellum from the Sheer Perfection Vellum Stack using Basic Gray ink.  I stamped the other words on Whisper White card stock and added some Coastal Cabana Thick Baker's Twine to match the card base.  Last, I added another piece of vellum from the stack along the bottom.

Sheer Perfection Vellum

This brand new, hot off the press vellum pack is available only until March 31 through Sale-a-Bration!  There are 12 different designs of vellum and this is one of my favorites.  I mounted it on Daffodil Delight and Basic Gray card stock.  The flowers are stamped with "Petal Potpourri" and I cut them out with the coordinating Flower Medallion Punch.  I made the centers with Basic Gray and the 1/2" Circle Punch.  Last, I added a Daffodil Delight 1/4" ribbon.

Circular Window

I made this cute window card using "Lotus Blossom" from Sale-a-Bration.  I added some Coastal Cabana DSP from the Paper Stack Collection and ribbon from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack (also SAB).  The background was made with Strawberry Slush using my favorite "splatter" stamp from "Gorgeous Grunge".  I punched out the words using the 1" Square Punch and Postage Stamp Punches.

Painted Petals

This soft new set called "Painted Petals" can be used in a ton different ways.  I stamped the flowers in Pool Party and the stems and words in Baked Brown Sugar.  The back of the card and the scallop circle were made with So Saffron. The flowers on the top were made with the Spring Flowers Embossing Folder.  I love the way this one has a little window (I used the Circles Framelits) and opens from the top.  Here's a picture of the inside and outside.

For Peep's Sake

Here's an Easter card using the "For Peep's Sake" set.  This set has eight different stamps including eggs, chicks, and lots of words.  I stamped the chicks in Melon Mambo and mounted them on Daffodil Delight.  The background was made using the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder.  I made the grass out of Wild Wasabi card stock with the Fringe Scissors.  I stamped the words, punched them out with the Word Window Punch, and added some Daffodil Delight Candy Dots.

Yellow & Black

This easy card was made using "Petal Potpourri" from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I stamped the flowers in Daffodil Delight and cut them out with the coordinating Flower Medallion Punch.  I stamped the centers with Black Staz-on and punched those out with the 1/2" Circle Punch.  The background was made with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and the cute paper is from the Back to Black DSP Collection.

Sheltering Tree

This set called "Sheltering Tree" has 14 different pieces including a swing, a bicycle, leaves, a rake,  snowflakes, a swoosh, and four sayings.  You can make it look like any season!  I used Early Espresso for the tree and words and Marina Mist and Pear Pizzazz for the rest.  You can probably see how I stamped it off to make it lighter--like sky and grass.  I also stamped off the Marina Mist twice to do the background trees behind the images.
