Floral Phrases

It seems I have a red, white, and blue theme going this week...so here's a cute little card I made.  It reminds me of a summer day.  I used "Floral Phrases" and then made the intricate flowers with the coordinating Detailed Floral Thinlits.  I cut strips of paper from the Floral Boutique DSP collection and added a 3/8" Real Red Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Patriotic Treats

I made 18 of these for my classes last week and I think they were enjoyed by all.  Here's a picture of a bowl with some and then a close up picture.  I used "Playful Backgrounds" and filled the new 2" x 8" size cellophane bags with red, white, and blue M & Ms.  The word "CELEBRATE" was made with "Thoughtful Banners" which has 53 (yes 53) stamps along with "Gorgeous Grunge" splatters and punched them out with the Duet Banner Punch.

Sailing, Sailing

Here's my favorite new set "Swirly Bird" again! I guess I just can't get enough of it.  I stamped the background swirl of the sun in Daffodil Delight and then the outline/top part in Crushed Curry.  I added some splatters from the same set to look like rays and also some Rhinestone Basic Jewels.  Then, I stamped the same splatters in Night of Navy and made the waves in Whisper White card stock with the coordinating Swirly Scribbles Thinlits.  I stamped the sailboat (also from this set), cut it out, and popped it up with Dimensionals.  The words are from "Greatest Greetings" that I bent a little before mounting on the block to shadow the shape of the waves.

Sweet Cupcakes

These two cards were made from the "Sweet Cupcake" stamp set that also has coordinating framelits.  I stamped the top one in Mint Macaron and added some sprinkles and the bottom one in Flirty Flamingo and added some Wink of Stella to make it glimmer.  The words are also from the same set and I stamped them in Tip Top Taupe.  I cut the cute little scalloped squares and the square behind them with the new Layering Squares Framelits.  The top ribbon is the new Very Vanilla Stitched Satin Ribbon and the bottom one is the new Tip Top Taupe Mini Striped Ribbon.

Weather Together

This adorable stamp set called "Weather Together" also has coordinating framelits (Umbrella Weather) to make the cutest cards.  I cut them out using the Affectionately Yours DSP collection and placed them on Pool Party background I made with the new Festive Embossing Folder.  I stamped the words in Night of Navy (also from this set) and cut them out with the Triple Banner Punch.

Hello

These two new colors Emerald Envy and Dapper Demin look great together!  I stamped the background in "Gorgeous Grunge" and the leaf and words with "Pop of Paradise".  I made the swirl using the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits and the flower with the Blossom Bunch Punch.  Last, I added some little Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Painter's Palette

These two cards were made with "Painter's Palette" that has nine different stamps including this cute little easel, swooshes, splatter dots, and words.  I used the Playful Palette DSP Stack (see 2 of the 24 designs below) for the background paper and mounted it on the new color Sweet Sugarplum.

Pop of Pink

Here are some strips of the new DSP called Pop of Pink along with some Gold Shimmer Paper.  I stamped the pineapple from "Pop of Paradise" with Versamark Ink and then heat set it using Gold Embossing Powder.  The background was made with "Gorgeous Grunge" and I added some Melon Mambo Thick Baker's Twine at the top.

Another Swirly Bird

Love this stamp set!  I stamped off the circles in Peekaboo Peach and then stamped the swirls in the same color on top of them.  I stamped the flowers and the bird in Dapper Denim.  The paper is from Playful Palette DSP Stack.  Last, I added some Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon around it to finish it off.
