Sunshine

Couldn't we all use a little more "Sunshine"?  This single stamp is only $5.95 and also fits perfectly on a 3" x 3" card.  I stamped it in Basic Black and then again in Daffodil Delight with the "Distressed Dots" background stamp.  I mounted it on Basic Black and then again on Daffodil Delight made with the Scallop Squares Duo Die.  The top was made using the Cloudy Day Embossing Folder and the bottom with the Color Collection Designer Series Paper Stacks.  Last, I added a Flower Brad and a 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon.

Happy Birthday, Cupcake!

This cute little cupcake is from the SAB set "Patterned Occasions".  I stamped it in Gumball Green and punched it out with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch.  Then, I made the backing with Melon  Mambo card stock and the  2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch.  The top background was made with the Argyle Embossing Folder and the bottom with Night of Navy from the Color Collection Designer Series Paper Stack.  Last, I added a Gumball Green 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Just Before the Snow

Three days before it snowed we were at the park.

My favorite two boys were visiting from Utah and were thrilled to go in the pool.

Nashy especially loved playing in the fountains just his size.

I told them they looked like little angels wrapped up in those white towels.  Nashy replied, "Grandma, I'm not an angel, I'm a dude!"

White Stuff

Look what's on the back window of my car!  Seriously?

Here's our front yard--I've NEVER seen snow in AZ except high up in the mountains.  We had "thunder snow".

Our patio table and chairs were covered too.

It all melted within 30 minutes--here's the aftermath:

Bouncing Bunnies

This single stamp called "Ears to You" is so cute I can hardly stand it!  I stamped it in Melon Mambo and mounted it on Lucky Limeade.  The left background is from the Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP and the right side was made with the Chevron Embossing Folder.  Last, I added a Lucky Limeade 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon.

That's the Ticket

I just can't get enough of this embossing folder called "Vine Street".  It is a SAB freebie you can earn and will be gone soon!  I used Basic Gray and Daffodil Delight.  I stamped "ADMIT ONE" with one of eight stamps from "That's the Ticket" from the Spring Mini.  I punched it out with the coordinating Ticket Duo Builder Punch and popped it up with Dimensionals.  Last, I added a Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon and a Basic Gray button.  This would make a great card to hold surprise movie or theater tickets!

Wishes Your Way

I made this 3D pinwheel using Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP and the Pinwheel Sizzlits Die.  I poked a brad in middle through the holes that it punched and then mounted it on a toothpick.  I used the Cloudy Day Embossing Folder on the base of the card.  I stamped the words from "Wishes Your Way" in Melon Mambo and popped them up on more Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP.

Paper Doilies

Even though it's after Valentine's Day, I still like to use doilies.  They are so cute and pretty and just the right size.  I used the Chevron Embossing Folder for the Crumb Cake background and I put it on Rose Red.  I punched the scallop using Night of Navy and the 2 3/8" Scallop Punch.  Last, I did a little sewing on the bottom and added a Night of Navy button.  The words are from "Oh, Hello".

Whale You Be Mine?

I just adore this new set called "Oh, Whale!".  It has a coordinating Clearlits Die (Happy Whale) to cut out the cute little whales that I popped up with Dimensionals.  I stamped this in Pacific Point and Melon Mambo and used some DSP from the Sunshine and Sprinkles Collection.  I made the top of the card using the Cloudy Day Embossing Folder.  The words were stamped and punched out with the Modern Label Punch and the trim was made with the Scallop Edge Trim Punch.

Vine Street

I love this new embossing folder called "Vine Street" and it can be earned for free during Sale-A-Bration!  I used Summer Starfruit for the card and cut the Whisper White shape out with the Labels Collection Framelits.  I used Sycamore Street DSP and the Petite Curly Label Punch (both SAB) to make the four cute little shapes.  I stamped the "for you" with the "Pretty Petites" set (also SAB).  Last, I added a Summer Starfruit Dahlia and some Tangerine Tango 1/2" Scallop Dots Ribbon.

Sweet Hearts

Here's a fast and easy valentine to make!  I used Real Red, Regal Rose, and Tempting Turquoise card stock along with the Full Heart Punch.  I ran them through my Big Shot using the Chevron, Perfect Polka Dots, and Houndstooth Embossing Folders.  I stamped "Love You" from the "Seasonal Sayings" set.  Last, I added a Tempting Turquoise button and some Real Red 1/4" Stitched Ribbon.

Lacy & Lovely

I wasn't having the greatest day at work few days ago.  I came home, went to the mailbox, and found this adorable card along with a sweet note inside. It cheered me right up!   It was made with Wisteria Wonder, Not Quite Navy, and Pool Party using the "Lacy & Lovely" set and the Lacy Brocade Embossing Folder. Then a cute Wisteria Wonder 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon was added.  Thanks, Marianne!

Rich Razzleberry

I don't use this color too often, but thought it would look good with Old Olive.  I stamped these flowers with the new set "Secret Garden" which also has coordinating Framelits Dies.  The background was made with the Houndstooth Embossing Folder.  I added Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Stitched Ribbon and two buttons from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack (SAB).
