Tag It

Isn't this little Santa adorable?  I stamped him in Real Red from the "Tag It" set and punched the tag out with one of the Chalk Talk Framelits.   I made the banners with Real Read and Gumball Green using Polka Dot Parade DSP.  The background was made using the Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder with Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the Ho-Ho-Ho in Gumball Green with a stamp from "A Banner Christmas", punched it out with the 1 1/4" Circle Punch, and popped it up with Dimensionals.  Last, I added some Whisper White Baker's Twine.

Just What I Wanted

This is my birthday present--a little hard to gift wrap, but just what I wanted.  I can't tell you how excited I was that my husband did my birthday shopping at IKEA and also assembled it.  Not only does it hold books, but many skeins of yarn too!  Stay tuned Monday for a new Christmas card.

Happy Fall

I love that I was born in the fall--the changing leaves, the cooler temperatures, apple cider, football games, and more.   I pulled this birch paper out of the Thankful Tablescape Kit from the Holiday Mini.  Don't you just love the look?  I cut the leaves out using the Autumn Accents Bigz Die and Sweater Weather DSP.  The words are from "Banner Greetings" and I added a Natural Designer Button with a piece of Early Espresso Baker's Twine.

Vellum & Pearls

I stamped these poinsettias on vellum cardstock with versamark ink from the "Joyful Christmas" set.  I used white embossing powder and my heat gun to give it an embossed effect.  I cut out two poinsettias, layered them, and added some Basic Pearls.  I stamped a separate one on Crumb Cake cardstock and embossed that too.  The words are also from "Joyful Christmas".

What's in the Bag?

I stenciled these cute little muslin bags (available in packs of 8) using the Build a Banner Kit and Real Red, Silver Metallic, and Gumball Green Ink.  I placed the stencil on the bag and used a sponge dauber on an ink pad.

These are the gift cards (3" x 3") that go in the bags.  I used "A Banner Christmas" and a tag from "Pretty Presents Designer Tags".  I added some background texture and  ribbon.  The envelope liners were made with the new Envelope Liners Framelits Dies from the Holiday Mini.  It makes three different sizes of liners to give that extra touch to your special card!

Christmas Messages

I stamped the "Christmas Star" single stamp in Cherry Cobbler and cut it out.  The words are from "Christmas Messages" and stamped on some DSP from the Season of Style Collection.  I added a Whisper White button tied with some Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.

Pretty in Pink

Here's a "girly" card  I made from "Label Love" and punched it out with the coordinating Artisan Label punch. I used a Tea Lace Paper Doily and cut it in half. Then,  I layered some 3/4" Blushing Bride Chevron Ribbon, 7/16" Burlap Trim, Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon, and some cute buttons with Whisper White Baker's Twine. The background was made with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and I added some Basic Pearls.

Four Jacks

I have used this single stamp a ton and it's not getting old.  I stamped "Halloween Happiness" in Gumball Green and then again in Pumpkin Pie, cut it out, and layered it on top of the Gumball Green words and stems.  The banners are from the Paper Stack and Polka Dot Parade.  I made the background with the Chevron Embossing Folder.

Vellum

I haven't used vellum for awhile, so I thought I try some in the Chevron Embossing Folder.  Then, I cut it out with one of the Deco Labels Collection Framelits--so cute!  I mounted it on a piece of Coastal Cabana card stock that I stamped the lines on from "Gorgeous Grunge".  I stamped the words with "Label Love" and punched them out with the coordinating Artisan Label Punch.  I also stamped images with Night of Navy using the "Tape It" set which is one of my favorites.  Then, I mounted everything on Whisper White made with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and then on Night of Navy card stock.  Last,  I tied some Coastal Cabana 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim around the whole card.
