Rainbow Chicken

Isn't this chicken a  beauty?  I made it with the "Hey, Chick" set and colored it using Aqua Painters.  I used Tempting Turquoise, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango and Pear Pizzazz.  I used the Stitched Shapes Framelits and the Layering Circles Framelits.  The background paper is from the Brights DSP Stack.  Check back soon for more chicken cards.  I will be Teaching a class on Monday, March 20 and we will be making ALL chicken cards!

Stylish Stems

I cut this flower our with the Stylish Stems Frames and layered some Falling in Love DSP underneath the cut outs.  I popped the flower piece up with Dimensionals and then mounted it on a piece of Blushing Bride card stock.  The words are from the coordinated "Special Reason" set.  I embossed the front of the card (Tip Top Taupe) with the Petal Burst Embossing Folder.  Last, I added some Blushing Bride Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Detailed Dragonfly

These cards are similar, but I added more watercolor on the bottom one using Aqua Painters.  I used Cucumber Crush and Island Indigo and also added some grunge from the set "Gorgeous Grunge".  On the top one I water colored the dragonfly and on the bottom one I stamped grunge.  Then, I cut them out using the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits which coordinates with the "Dragonfly Dreams" set.  Last, I added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels on the card and some Wink of Stella on the dragonflies.

Tasty Treats

I used this cute DSP called Tasty Treats on the right side of the inside of the card.   I cut the top of the front 1 1/4" smaller on the right side.  The bottom picture shows the inside.  I used the stamp set "Cool Treats" and the coordinating Frozen Treats Framelits.  I made the banner using the Banner Triple Punch.  Colors used were:  Peekaboo Peach, Pear Pizzazz, Watermelon Wonder, Pool Party, and Chocolate Chip.

Happy Valentine's Day

This card was made using the "Jar of Love" set along with the matching Everyday Jars Framelits.  I made the hearts down the left side with the Love Notes Framelits.  The cute papers are from the Sending Love DSP Stack.  Have a Happy Valentine's Day!

Big on Birthdays

This card was made with the "Big on Birthdays" set.  It has 12 different stamps in many different birthday fonts.  I stamped it in Basic Black and then colors the flowers with the new Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pens.  The background paper is from Pop of Pink Specialty DSP. 

Reflection

I made this card using "Beautiful You" and the reflection technique.  I stamped the first image on Whisper White card stock and again on a Window Sheet.  Then, I took the Window Sheet and "stamped" that onto the bottom part of the image making a mirror or reflection image.  I stamped the umbrella on some DSP from the Pop of Pink collection.  Last, I used the new Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen to color the girl's dress and the puddle.

Dragonfly Dreams

This pretty card was made with the new set "Dragonfly Dreams" from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  I stamped the bottom dragonfly in Early Espresso and cut out the top dragonfly with the coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits.  The background paper is from the Cupcakes & Carousels DSP Stack and I used Bermuda Bay, So Saffron, and Early Espresso.

So Happy for You

This is done in two different color schemes:  Peekaboo Peach, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso (top) and Bermuda Bay, So Saffron, Early Espresso (bottom).  I stamped the girl from "Beautiful You" on both the paper from the Cupcakes & Carousels DSP Stack and Very Vanilla card stock.  I cut out the dress and hat and adhered it to the card stock.  I used the Lots of Labels Framelits to cut the tag out, popped it up with Dimensionals, and added some Baker's Twine.
