Sailing Home

I used the High Seas Embossing Folder to make the waves on the background of this card.  Then I used an Aqua Painter with Pool Party ink to color it.  I stamped the boats from and cut them out with the coordinating Smooth Sailing Dies.   I also colored the boats "Sailing Home" with Aqua Painters using Daffodil Delight, Pacific Point, and Real Red.  The words are from "Well Said". 

Seaside Notions

I made this watercolor looking seahorse with the "Seaside Notions" stamp set.  I stamped it in Black Memento ink on Shimmery White card stock and cut it out.  Then I used Aqua Painters with Melon Mambo, Highland Heather, and Coastal Cabana ink to watercolor the background (also on Shimmery White card stock).  The words are from "Birthday Goodness" and I added some Black Baker's Twine and sequins to finish it off.

Birthday Backgrounds

I made this card with the stamps from "Birthday Backgrounds" and used a different one on each strip of card stock.  I started with a piece of Crumb Cake card stock, then added Vellum card stock, and then layered it with Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo, Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, and Bermuda Bay.  The words are from "Birthday Goodness" and I cut them out with the Everyday Label Punch.  Last, I added some Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon and Linen Ribbon from the Magnolia Lane Combo Pack and some Basic Adhesive Backed Sequins.

Watercolor

Here are two different versions of the same card.  I cut the shapes out using Shimmery White card stock with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies and then outlined and colored them in with the Watercolor Pencils.  Then, I took an Aqua Painter with water to fill in the color.  I used lighter colors on the top one and darker colors on the bottom one.  I added some Iridescent Sequins, Whisper White Baker's Twine, and words.   I glued down each shaped with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Time for Tags

Hello Baby

This darling stamp is from the Hostess Set called "Time for Tags".   I am giving two of these sets away free in a drawing for anyone placing a $25 order (before shipping & tax) can enter by Saturday noon.  Just contact me for details.  I made this card using Coastal Cabana and Basic Gray.  The Timeless Label Punch coordinates perfectly with this stamp and the other four stamps in the set.  There's also eight different sentiments.  The paper is from the Brights 6 x 6 Collection and the little buttons are from the Arts & Crafts Dies.  Check back on Thursday for another card from this set.

Here's the Medium Daisy Punch (again because I love it) with Lovely Lipstick Daisies and Granny Apple Green leaves made from the Leaf Punch.  The words are from "A Big Thank You".  I used the Brick & Mortar Embossing Folder on Pineapple Punch to make the background.  Last, I added some Glitter Enamel Dots, 1/8" Lovely Lipstick Ribbon, and Whisper White Baker's Twine.
