See Ya Later

Another cutie patootie--love this one too.  I stamped this from "See Ya Later" (SAB) in Pool Party and then cut it out with Circles Collection Framelits.  The Night of Navy backing was made with the Starburst Framelits from the Occasions Mini.  The top background was made with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (SAB) and the bottom with the Scallops Embossing Folder (Occasions).  I added a 1/4" Night of Navy Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon and a Night of Navy Candy Dot Brad.
