"Celebrate Today" is from the Occasions Mini Catalog. It has 17, yes 17 stamps and they can be layered (two-step) and stamped to get the below result! I used Coastal Cabana, Wild Wasabi, Hello Honey, and Basic Gray. I stamped the first layer off, and the decoration/top layer full strength. Of course, this set has a coordinating framelits set too! That's how I made the middle balloon and popped it up with Dimensionals.
