This bright, fun card was made using one of the Party Pop-Up Thinlits Dies. It was easily cut out on the Big Shot using Basic Black card stock. The background paper is from the new It's My Party DSP Stack which has four sheets each of 12 different double-sided designs (12"x12"). I added some 3/8" Stitched Melon Mambo Ribbon to finish it off and DONE!
