This is the time of year to make and stock up on birthday cards. I love the simplicity of this card, but and it's still happy and colorful. I used the new Picture Perfect Party DSP from the Occasions Mini Catalog and mounted it on Bermuda Bay card stock. I cut out the words with the Happy Birthday Thinlit using a Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet on the back. Then, just peel & stick! The ribbon is from the Shimmer Ribbon Pack (Sale-a-Bration).
