This is the quilt I just finished binding. I used a layer cake (package of 40-10"x 10" squares). As you can see some squares were cut up into sixteen pieces, some into four, some left whole, etc. This fabric collection is called "Birdie" from Moda. You can see why in the close up shot.
Here's the whole quilt, it measures about 40" x 50"--perfect size for a crib or wall hanging. These were such fun, springy colors to work with!
